Beginners Class—Every Saturday
Have you always wanted to try a CrossFit class, but have been hesitant to give it a shot? Maybe you have tried a CrossFit class before, but are ready to try again at a great gym with great coaches. The Embark class is for you! In this free class we will go over the foundational movements of CrossFit and then implement them in a mini WOD (workout of the day). The focus is put on safety and technique. Being “in shape” to start is NOT required. Come ready to learn, sweat, and meet new people!
If you already have significant CrossFit experience (3+ months of 3-7 days a week), you are welcome to come at any time and hop right into classes. Our coaching staff can get you signed up for your membership. They will also help you to continue to perfect your movements and stay safe.
We would love to have you drop in while you are in town and enjoy one of our classes with our amazing community! We recommend that you have at least 3+months of consistent CrossFit experience.
