Each CrossFit class is led by one of our dedicated coaches. The class will be taken through a warmup and then through the different movements of the workout. New to CrossFit or a veteran, these classes are the place to be.

Our gym is proud to use Zen Planner as a our gym app to house membership, while using SugarWod for class registration, schedule, and daily workouts. The Zen Planner app makes life extremely easy to sign up and manage your account. With SugarWod you are able to check workouts a week in advance and pre-register for class.
CrossFit is about movement and adjusting the workout to everyone’s ability. This means, ALL classes are the best to go to. Our coaches are specifically equipped to teach you the movements, and to adjust the workout to your abilities.
Injury shouldn’t prevent movement, just requires adjustment. Our coaches are especially trained to adjust any workout to accommodate your situation.
Just like with any movement, doing things incorrectly can lead to unwanted situations. All of our coaches are trained to give you exactly what you need to move, and do so without injury.
100% of profits made from membership dues, merchandise sales, events, or any projects through CrossFit O.U.R. go directly to Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.). Their mission is to rescue children from sex trafficking and sexual exploitation, as well as supporting survivors with aftercare.
