Tori is the CrossFit O.U.R. Gym Manager. Memberships, questions, or looking to get more information, Tori is the place! Tori has been doing CrossFit for almost 7 years now. As a mother of 4 boys, Tori knows the importance of what putting a focus on health can bring to a family. There isn’t a person at this gym that loves people and wants to see them succeed more than Coach Tori. Anything you need, she’s a phone call away.

Coming from a sports focused background, Josh grew up playing Rugby in his home country of Australia. Josh went on to play semi professional rugby, creating lifelong habits for a “downhill-momentum” approach to fitness. Josh made the move the U.S. along with his parents, and started at CrossFit O.U.R. as a member in 2017. Since then Josh has been involved with all of our major events, projects, and is now coaching class. Look for Josh Monday and Wednesday nights.

The phrase “set the example, and they will follow” rings truer for Coach Dan than anyone else. With 4 young boys, Daniel makes it his goal to set the example for doing, instilling a sense of purpose and goals in his boys. Daniel started CrossFit in 2015, and before that grew up playing just about any and every sport he could get his hands on. Now, with his focus on CrossFit and giving his sons the same experiences with sports that he had, Daniel is a great example of how fitness and health can improve the lives of those close to you.

Movement has always been important to Jana. Being the youngest of 6 in her family, and having parents that had the supported their kids in trying anything they wanted, Jana had a lot of experiences growing up in health and fitness. Through them all, dance was the primary focus. From ballet, to modern, to a degree from SUU in Dance Performance, Jana is a mover. When Jana found CrossFit in 2015, she was able to apply her abilities with movement in new was. Jana has a background in personal training as well as in class settings. Coach Kyler expects the best in people and absolutely knows how to bring it out of them! Whether it was sports in high school, or growing up on his family’s farm in central Utah, hard work has been an integral part of Kyler’s upbringing. With a background in fitness that covers multiple different training types, he knows exactly what needs to happen at all levels to make it the best hour of your day. The best part, Kyler won’t let you let yourself down! Watch for Kyler coaching tuesday nights.

Sports or everyday life, sometimes injury is inevitable. Getting injured isn’t usually the part that changes your life, it’s what is done after the injury that makes the biggest impact. On our CrossFit O.U.R. coaching staff, Coach Maddy stands out as the leader in what to do to come back better and stronger after an injury. As a certified physical therapist, Maddy brings her knowledge of movement to her classes. In addition, Maddy is a competitive weightlifter. Having competed in USAW Junior Nationals, she combines power, how functional movements work into that, and her knowledge as a physical therapist to provide the perfect prescriptions for fitness. Watch for Maddy at the 8:30 and 9:30 classes.

One of the best experiences we can offer, is one on one time with Coach Greg. No matter the movement, Greg takes his time to make sure you truly understand the ins and outs, and all of the options available. His goal is to make sure everyone leaves his class with something to take to the future. This, primarily, comes from the fact that Greg is a current member of the United States Air Force. Coming from an environment where the strength of the unit is reflected in the potential of the individual, Greg’s leadership roles have equipped him with the innate desire to bring out the best in people he can. Head to one Coach Greg’s classes 5:30 and 6:30 am or 4-7pm on Thursdays.

Something that can’t be taught and only learned, is the ability to make everyone feel heard and to really show that things are possible. Some lessons are best learned through experience. Coach Gabe is a perfect example of what can happen if the focus of health is centered around what you can do and setting goals around movements. In addition, in every one of his classes, everyone has a place. If you are looking for a place to learn from someone who has been there in the journey, check out our early morning classes as well as Saturdays!
