We exist to provide financial backing to rescue children from sex trafficking and bring awareness to this cause all while improving peoples' lives through fitness, nutrition, and knowledge of the body.

About Our Cause

Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) is a nonprofit group of ex-Navy Seals, CIA Operatives, and Special Ops Forces who rescue child sex slaves all around the world. Since the beginning of 2014, O.U.R. has rescued more than 300 victims. Upon being rescued, the children are taken to safe houses for physical and emotional rehabilitation. They are educated, loved and most importantly, safe. Children who have been legitimately kidnapped are reunited with their families.

Logistics and costs for each operation vary depending on the travel, research, sting set-up, or working with governments in different countries. On average O.U.R. spends $20,000 per operation and in one mission we can save 1 to 50 children.

Beginners

Beginner Foundations Class | Saturday 8:30-9:30

Have you always wanted to try a CrossFit class, but have been hesitant to give it a shot? Maybe you have tried a CrossFit class before, but are ready to try again at a great gym with great coaches. The Embark class is for you! In this free class we will go over the foundational movements of CrossFit and then implement them in a mini WOD (workout of the day). The focus is put on safety and technique. Being “in shape” to start is NOT required. Come ready to learn, sweat, and meet new people!

Experienced Athletes

If you already have significant CrossFit experience (3+ months of 3-7 days a week), you are welcome to come at any time and hop right into classes. Our coaching staff can get you signed up for your membership. They will also help you to continue to perfect your movements and stay safe too

Drop-Ins

We would love to have you drop in while you are in town and enjoy one of our classes with our amazing community!We recommend that you have at least 3+months of consistent CrossFit experience.
